Dr. Suzanne Ziska Joins Neifeld IP Law

Dr. Ziska served as a primary examiner in various biotech art units at the USPTO for several years, and before that as a Senior Staff Fellow at the National Cancer Institute of the National Institutes of Health where she conducted cancer research. Dr. Ziska has co-authored several articles on cellular biology. Dr. Ziska's practice focuses on areas related to biotechnology, genetic engineering of eukaryotic organisms, immunology, genetically modified plants, vaccines, diagnostics, gene therapy and cancer detection and treatments, as well as chemistry. She has extensive experience counseling biotech and life science companies, and universities, managing patent portfolios, and foreign prosecution. Dr. Ziska has been in private practice since 1998.
